However, please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. Returns and Refunds:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow these guidelines:

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Our delivery partner will schedule a convenient time to collect the returned product from your location.
  • Our delivery partner will handle the return logistics and ensure a smooth and convenient return process.
  • Please note that shipping fees, including return shipping costs, will be covered by us.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange as follows:

  • Refunds: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow for a processing time of up to 15 days for the refund to be processed.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange for a different item, we will process the exchange and arrange for the new item to be delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.


Non-Refundable Items:
